About HaulOrbit

Freight work is shared. Responsibility should be explicit.

HaulOrbit is being designed to connect shippers, carriers, dispatchers, drivers, and scoped collaborators around a common operational record without blurring who owns each decision.

Purpose

Reduce fragmented coordination without pretending software replaces freight operations.

A shipment can span days, organizations, facilities, equipment, documents, commercial terms, and exceptions. The useful product is not another isolated dashboard; it is a controlled record that helps each participant act with current context.

The initial planning baseline focuses on business-to-business, domestic US full-truckload dry-van freight in the contiguous states. It is a proposed entry scope, not a claim of current nationwide service.

01

Explicit responsibility

Every important action should show who can act, on whose behalf, and under what authority.

02

Scoped access

People receive the minimum organization, shipment, case, or task context needed for their role.

03

Verified records

Evidence, source, status, review time, and expiry remain distinct and traceable.

04

Human oversight

Rules govern eligibility and sensitive decisions remain with qualified people and providers.

05

Staged delivery

Current demo behavior, provider-dependent work, and future capabilities are labeled honestly.
